Have you ever wanted to pie a teacher in the face?  How about pour a bucket of water on their head? Well, now is your opportunity to have a chance at doing just that!  Starting Monday, November 26th, we will be running a food drive here at NMS to donate to our local food pantry for the upcoming holiday season.  For each item that you bring in, you will receive a ticket that will be entered into the drawing for pie in the eye. On December 21st, the day before winter break, we will have an assembly where 8th grade girls volleyball players and 8th grade boys basketball players will be taking on the staff.  Following those games, pie in the eye will take place. Anything you can bring in will help make a difference. The food pantry is in need of canned food items, boxed dinners, cleaning supplies, and don’t forget about our pet friends too! For every 100 items we bring in as a school, one student will be selected to pick a staff member for pie in the eye.  For example, if we bring in 1,500 items, that would mean 15 staff members will start their winter break with a pie in the face and a bucket of water on their head.
